Fifteen kilometres far away from the city of Limoux
, you will discover a place called Espéraza, a charming village of The Pyrenees of the region of the Aude, which has got more than 2 000 inhabitants.

(Corbières) settled down at the edge of the Aude, when they returned from captivity in High Silesia, in order to base there the first hatshops.
This town formerly had the first place of "leader" in the world because of its manufacture of hats and also other headgears.
In Espéraza there are two curiosities which are worth the trip and the stay : Something you must have a look at, the museum of the Hat shop
