The visit :
- The Cathedral of trunks :while taking out of a magnificent woody gallery the guest discovers a monumental wine storehouse.
Unusual : in the bends of galleries, the reconstruction :
- the subterranean exploitation of the plaster, in homage to the former(ancient) minors, constistue a key point of this underground journey,
- of a gallo-Roman villa, evocation of the province narbonnaise and of the domitienne way, decoration where lived the owners of vineyards, arouses a return to basics of the wine, in the previous history of Rocbère.
- of the workshop(studio) of the artisan Cooper : a magnificent very complete collection of traditional tools is exposed(explained) to it.

- The tasting : the journey ends in the Belvedere, the real panoramic tour(tower) for a tasting the best wines of cellars Rocbère de Peyriac of Sea, Portel and Sigean.
