The municipal museum of the Colombier, controlled first category of Archaeology and Beautiful Arts is nested in a magnificent small castle dating from the eighteenth century, with its charming dovecot Louis thirteenth century and a formal garden where one can discover while strolling, a collection of dahlias.
It has two poles of major interest: Archaeology, at the first floor, Beautiful Arts at the other floors.
Besides it presents another room reserved to the Old City named Alès
, as well as the gift from the Master worker in wrought iron from the city named Arles, André Broussard

The Archaeological Museum : The Palaeolithic and Neolithic are very richly represented by objects : tools, weapons, fineries, originals, mouldings, photos or models of monuments: statues menhirs, dolmens, bottom of house, pieces of skeletons...
The Museum of the Beautiful Arts : The museum of the Colombier presents its graphic works on two levels.
The first floor is dedicated to the twentieth century with the works of: Ambrogiani, Albert André, Avati, Benn, Bouquillon, Brado, Box, Chabaud... The second floor full of works of art dating from the sixteenth to the nineteenth century with pictures as the famous triptych of Bellegambe or "La Mer" and "La Terre" of Bruegel said "de Velours", paintings of Bassano, Berretini, Coypel, Desportes, Dietrich, Leydet, etc... and some more paintings of Spanish, French, Italian unknown persons. All that we owe it to the gifts of Jacques Bernard.
As well as for the archaeological section, conducted tours are organized for the groups on meeting.
