Barjac

Barjac, city of the Renaissance, is a small village established on a shelf of a plateau in 170 m of high. Situated between Cèze and Ardèche , halfway between Aubenas and Pont-Saint-Esprit , in this picturesque region of gorges, being the last stop of the Country of Uzès , drawing a real end to the region called Bas-Vivarais, on the limit of the spurs of the region of the Cevennes.

It appears as if it was coming meet guests on the way, all this with a Mediterranean bright sky, smelling already the region of Provence, a real pearl hidden its case offered to everybody.

Sight of Barjac

Barjac, because of its privileged geographic situation, is the point of departure of a great number of tourist routes towards the valley of Cèze, the natural reserve of Ardèche, the national park of Cevennes...
