Ingredients :
- do it in a more simple way, take a box of vanilla custard of sweet chestnuts : 500 gram (1 gram = 0,0353 oz) - Eggs (only the yellow) : 4 - Butter : 100 gram - Wheat flour - Ice-cold crystallized chestnuts : 6
Preparation : In a pan, let the butter melt; add the cream of sweet chestnuts little by little by stirring it over a low heat.
Mix the yellow of the four eggs.
Prepare a well-buttered and floured cake tin. Pour it in the preparation you have already done.
Cook 45 minutes at 180°C.
Let the whole become cool in order to turn it out of the tin. To sample with a custard and 6 crystallized chestnuts frozen for the decoration.
Advised wine : A Muscatel wine from Frontignan
(Hérault).
