Photo of Museums

The Paul Pastre museum :
In the yard of the castle, the secular micoucoulier stays up the entrance(entry) of the museum, nested within the seigneurial house.
Paul Pastre, amateur lit(enlightened) by local history and by archaeology, discovers 2 gallo-Roman hotels in the ruins of the castle. Following upon this discovery, the idea to create a museum takes shape in 1949.
Today, 400 square meters of espositions, distributed in four rooms, invite you to discover the local history through his(her) illustrious fellow countrymen, Guillaume de Nogaret, Fernand Janin, Apollon, and the objects so far of other, less illustrious, which preceded us.
Good visit.
