In the Hérault, of the ancient(former) forested Glass factory(glass-making) of Couloubrines in the glass factory(glass-making) of Claret's art , it is a real journey through the ages of the glass in which we invite you. From the XIV-th century, the glassworkers lived on the Causse de l'Hortus. Noble Gentlemen, they passed on of generation in generation the trade secrets of their art.

In Couloubrines's glass factory(glass-making), you will find the atmosphere and the magic of the former(old) Glass factories(glass-making) of the Renaissance.

Through the vestiges of Couloubrines's farm, restored from 1989, you will discover fabulous history of the dynasty of Gentlemen Glassworkers who, for five centuries, practiced them " Noble Art " on the Limestone plateau of Hortus. The privileges, the trade secrets, the way of life and the tradition, the productions of a glass factory(glass-making) with wood will be revealed to you.
