OTSI of the Country of Mountains and Sources in the Hérault : Roqueredonde - Dio and Valquières Avène - Ceilhes - Joncels - Bousquet d' Orb - Lunas - Romiguières.

Avène : From 1736, Avène is known for her source Ste Odile to the therapeutic virtues in dermatology. Today, a modern hydropathic establishment welcomes the persons having hydrotherapy with a whole structure of residence. Avène, it is also a magnificent village snuggled up in the meanders of the sinuous Valley of Orb where you can practise the leisure activities of your choice in the contact of an intact nature, admirably protected.

Bousquet d' Orb : Here the coal is exploited(run) in "discovery" as to Graissessac. On the stone floor(window-pane) of the appearance(mine), the laundry for the treatment of the coal is a building of ancient(former) almost surrealist construction !

Ceilhes-et-Rocozels : A the north extremity of the lake of Avène, in the middle of a case of greenery, here is a village in the picturesque streets sheltering houses of XVII-th s whom(which) one can admire ls facades.

Dio and Valquières : Dio's castle, real fortress which dominates the village. The origin goes back up(raises) to the XII-th century by the family of the Cardinal de Fleury, the Prime Minister of Louis XV. Today, private property, classified ancient memorial, it(he) is in danger : a project of rehabilitation is in progress.
