Briançon, sub-prefecture of the High the Alps ( 11500 inhabitants) is the second city of the highest Europe (height 1 326 m).
Situated in the crossroads of several valleys, this strengthened town knew how to ally sport, relaxation, culture and gastronomy.
The ramparts of the city, realized in Moyen-Age were strengthened by Vauban and will make(do) of her(it) a real fortified town.
