The museum of the Corkscrew presents more than 1000 details(rooms), the XVII-th century in our days.

Of the first steel corkscrew forged in the hand, in the massive, ivory or silver golden object of art, please , be allowed drive(guide) through centuries, countries, by discovering this unique(only) collection.


Since October, 1996, the Museum is coupled with the Museum of the Wine from Osaka to Japan.


Situated between Cantaloupe and Apt, at feet of the village of Ménerbes , in the tranquilité of the domain of the Citadel , you will have all the pleasure to visit the cellar, its installations, the garden of vines and to sample the wines.


The Shop and the Bookshop of the Museum propose you a selection of corkscrews, recollections, presents and books(pounds) on the wine of Provence.

Schedules of opening :
Having been : (from April 1-st till September 30) from Monday till Friday from 9 o'clock till 12 o'clock and from 14 o'clock till 19 o'clock. On Saturday, on Sunday and holidays from 10 o'clock till 12 o'clock and from 15 o'clock till 19 o'clock. Winter : (from October 1-st till March 31) from Monday till Friday from 9 o'clock till 12 o'clock and from 14 o'clock till 18 o'clock. On Saturday from 9 o'clock till 12 o'clock - Closed on Saturday afternoon, on Sunday and holidays.
