The Romanic Abbey church, the old village, the medieval castle . make(do) the town of Cruas a remarkable patrimonial site.
Cruas is situated on the edges of the Rhone, the port, endowed with a stake in the water allows to practise water sports. Full of fish lakes, warmed swimming pool complete the aquatic pleasures.
The state-owned fôret of Barrès, which spreads(widens) its hundreds of hectares to the limits of Cruas keeps(preserves) an exceptional beech grove at this height and this latitude.

Near vast areas of scrubland and conifers crossed by a long-distance footpath, one can also practise the VTT and the equitation. Two short braces connect him(it) in Cruas.
