Saint-François de Sales's homeland and known for its resistance to the occupant during the second world war, Thorens-Glières, 6400 hectares, municipality of low mountain range (700 m - on 2000 m), proposes you a multitude of activities :

Cross-country skiing, huskies, rackets in winter on the plateau of Glières and hikes, equestrian and VTT, caving(speleology), escalation...
